We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure after delivery.
